My laptop was running very hot and would then switch off. I called PC PAL who took my laptop apart, cleaned it and put it back together so that it is running well again. All in under an hour and cheaper than buying a new laptop.

I felt immediately comfortable with Richard when I met him at a network event. I knew then that if I needed PC support, Richard will be my man. I was right.
